Mental Healthcare.

Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation

Life can be challenging, and sometimes stress, sadness or anxiety we experience feels overwhelming. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for children, teens, and adults seeking support for a wide range of mental health concerns.

I provide care for children, teens, and adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including:

  • Depression – persistent sadness, low energy, loss of interest, or difficulty finding joy

  • Anxiety – worry, panic, trauma, stress that interferes with daily life

  • Stress & Burnout – feeling overwhelmed by work, school, or life demands

  • Life Transitions – career, relationship, or personal changes

  • Mood Fluctuations – emotional ups and downs that affect relationships, work, or daily functioning

  • Sleep & Energy Concerns – fatigue, difficulty sleeping, low motivation, focus issues

  • Other: Bipolar, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

Mental health care is most effective when it is tailored to your goals and lifestyle. Together, we:

  • Explore what’s contributing to your current challenges

  • Identify practical strategies to improve mood, reduce anxiety, and manage stress

  • Discuss whether medication might be appropriate to support your treatment goals

  • Work collaboratively to create a plan that fits your life, rather than expecting you to fit a treatment

What to Expect

On our first visit, we will meet for 90 minutes online or in person. Our goal is to build a relationship and understand your story. A comprehensive psychiatric assessment is completed to review what you are experiencing and discuss options for treatment. Medications may not be recommended depending on your symptom severity and wishes for treatment.

After the initial visit, we may schedule a follow up appointment to check in on how you are doing since our last visit, what is working well, and what we need to adjust in your treatment planning. Follow up visits are time-based with options of 30- or 50-minute visits.

Frequency of follow up depends on your preferences and responses to treatment. We will talk about this to decide together what is best moving forward.

Offering:

  • A safe, nonjudgmental space to share your experiences

  • Collaborative discussion of your goals and challenges

  • Evidence-based strategies tailored to your life that make the most sense for you

  • Medication evaluation and management when appropriate

  • Evaluation of progress and adjusting the plan as needed

By combining therapy, medication when appropriate, and practical coping strategies, my approach helps you address both immediate symptoms and the underlying factors that affect your mental health.
